Module 1: Finding your own authentic leadership style

Module 2: Decision-making under uncertainty

One of the key challenges for current leaders is uncertainty. COVID-19 has disrupted business in a way that many leaders were unprepared for. On the horizon loom other disruptive events such as climate and geopolitical change. This means leaders need to make short-term and long-term bets for a highly unpredictable future. This module will help you understand the potential risks and biases involved in decision-making under uncertainty.

Module 4: Influencing through communication

Leadership implies influencing others. Making meaningful connections with others to bring them along towards a common purpose is crucial for future leadership. The pandemic has accelerated a shift towards digital communication. The more digital we become, the more human we’ll need to be. Future leaders will need to find a way to mirror the richness of face-to-face communication and physical encounters in a digital world.
